Nicole has over ten years experience working in

skilled nursing and assisted living both in the

profit and non-profit setting. Nicole has held many

positions in her professional career as a licensed

administrator for an assisted living, Sales and

Marketing for skilled nursing, senior living and

home health. Throughout her career, Nicole has

taken an Advanced Leadership course through the

Las Vegas Chambers of Commerce and has lead a

team of 40 + of being the Best of Las Vegas in

Senior Living for four years in a row. Nicole knows

the importance of resident safety and how to

effectively control a community during a global

pandemic.  Nicole earned a Master’s in Health

Administration from University of Phoenix and a

BA from Indiana University – Purdue University at

Indianapolis. She is licensed as a Residential

Facility Administrator (RFA); she is certified in

HCV Housing, has worked with Housing and Urban

Development (HUD) and the housing authorities

with inspections and tax credit funding. Nicole is

passionate about empowering personal growth for

team members while creating the best for our

seniors with targeted financial results for

investors.
